Inside the box, you’ll find:
- A handcrafted wooden frame with the webbing already installed
- Pre-mounted D-ring hardware on the back for easy hanging
- Screws and drywall anchors for secure wall installation
- A set of metal clips for attaching your photos, notes, and mementos

How long does it take to ship?
Each frame is made to order.
Current lead time is 2–3 weeks, which includes building, finishing, and shipping your frame.
You’ll get an email update as soon as it’s completed and on its way.
Can Kids safely use it?
Yes, with normal supervision.
There’s no glass, so it’s safer than traditional frames. The frame is solid hardwood, and the webbing is securely tied.
For very young children, we recommend mounting it slightly out of reach or supervising when handling the clips.

Each frame is made to order, so returns aren’t accepted unless something arrives damaged or defective.
